I hold the space for whatever people bring so that they can find their way to where they want to be. Through tapping into what is really important, looking at things through a different lens, re-writing inhibiting inner narratives and acknowledging the whole of themselves and their experience, I support people to greater self-awareness, empowerment, clarity, deeper self-acceptance and truly choosing who they want to be and how they want to live and work.
I would spend time at the University opening up an impartial and confidential space for people to talk about anything they’d like; whether it’s personal, professional, a challenge or something they’d like to work on.
Working with each individual over a period of weeks and even months to help them be their best selves, I create a safe, confidential space for them to process, work on and clear what they need to.
I also offer Coaching Surgeries, where I would come into the University on a regular basis so that employees can drop-in for one-off sessions.
